To start… the simplest and healthiest methods of using the Supa Shake and energy drink

Critical Health Smoothie

  • 1 x 50g Supa Shake flavour of your choice [Strawberry, Vanilla Choc, Chocolate, Banana].
  • 225 ml cold water
  • 4 x ice cubes.

To make a surprisingly delicious shake of 350ml [2 x small glasses], packed with all the nutrition you need and containing nothing you don’t need.

Preparation

Add the water, ice cubes and Supa Shake Powder [flavour your of choice] to the blender and blend until all powder is dissolved and you have a smooth mix.

Less Critical Healthy Smoothie

  • 1 x 50g Supa Shake [flavour of your choice Strawberry, Banana, Vanilla Choc, Chocolate]
  • 250ml Milk of choice [Full or Low fat, Lactose Free, Soya].
  • 4 x ice cubes.

To make a delicious, guilt free 350ml shake, packed with only good nutrition [makes 2 x small glasses]

Preparation

Add the milk, ice cubes and Supa Shake powder to the blender and blend until all powder is dissolved and you have a delicious smoothie.

Serve immediately, enjoy – get going.

Breakfast on the run

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So give yourself a kick-start with these fuel packed juice and smoothie options, that take five minutes to make, but that set you up with sustainable energy and much more, for a good start to your day.

Citrus Zap-Awake

  • 1 x 23g pkt Supa Energy Drink [Orange or Mango].
  • 1 x Citrus fruit – Naartjie [peeled].
  • 1 Tsp. Lemon or Lime juice.
  • 200ml cold tap water.
  • 4 x Ice cubes – [+/- 75ml].

To make approximately 350ml drink [2 x small glasses].

Preparation

Add water, ice cubes, peeled Naartjie, lemon juice and blend to a smooth consistency.
Add 23g powder from your pkt of Supa Energy Drink, and blend until dissolved,
Serve immediately, enjoy – get going.


 

Banana Shape-up Smoothie

  • 1 x 50g pkt Supa Shake – [Banana or Vanilla Choc].
  • 1 x medium peeled banana chopped in pieces [50/60g].
  • 200ml milk of your choice [full fat, low fat, lactose free or soya].
  • 4 x ice cubes – [+/- 75ml]

To make a smoothie, of approximately 350ml [2 x small glasses].

Preparation

Add milk, ice cubes, peeled and chopped banana and blend to a smooth consistency.
Add 50g of Supa Shake powder to the blend, and continue blending until powder is completely dissolved,

Serve immediately, enjoy – get going.


 

Chocolate Brownie – Power packed Shake

  • 1 x Supa Shake 50g [Chocolate or Vanilla Choc]
  • 1 Brownie [20g]
  • 200ml Milk of your choice [Full or Low fat, Lactose Free, Soya]
  • 2 scoops of [vanilla or chocolate] ice cream
  • 4 cubes of ice [75ml]
  • To make a smoothie of approximately 350ml [2 x small glasses].

Preparation

Add the milk, ice cubes, brownie crumbled, ice cream to the blender and blend to a smooth consistency, and then add the 50g of Supa Shake powder and blend until completely dissolved. Serve immediately, enjoy– get going.


 

Iced Coffee with Cinnamon

  • 1 x 50g Mocha Java Supa Shake
  • ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 250ml Milk of your choice [Full or Low fat, Lactose Free, Soya]
  • 1 x Teaspoon instant Coffee
  • 4 x ice cubes [75ml].

To make a delicious iced coffee full of nutrition of approximately 350ml [2 x small glasses].

Preparation

Add the milk, ice cubes, cinnamon, coffee and Supa Shake Mocha Java powder to the blender, and blend until all powder is dissolved and you have a smooth drink.

Serve immediately, enjoy – get going.
