Our products are delicious as a simple shake or energy drink without additional ingredients but for those who want to take it to the next level, we are compiling some of our favorite smoothie recipes.  With delicious, healthy smoothie recipes that will blend-up a taste storm in your families daily diet, whilst adding positively to their health and performance.

 

Basic Smoothie Recipe

Choose one of the Supa Shake 50g pack flavours: Chocolate, Banana, Strawberry, Vanilla Choc, Mocha Java or Traditional sweet and sour Phuzamandla.

Select Supa Shake 50g flavour of your choice

Add

  • 125ml of milk of your choice
  • 100g Ice Cream or Yoghurt flavour of your choice
  • ½ Cup or 75g of Low GI fruit*
  • nuts of your choice*
  • 4-5 ice cubes

*Apples, pears, bananas, peaches, plums, apricots, strawberries, kiwi, berries fresh or frozen, paw-paw, pineapple.

* Raw nuts like Almonds, Pecan, and Macadamia etc. [not roasted].

  1. Wash fruit, peel and cut into medium chunks that blend easily
  2. Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth
  3. Makes +/- 300ml of smoothie. Serve chilled.

Healthy and Delicious recipes

  • 50gm Supa Shake Banana flavour
  • 125ml milk of your choice
  • 100g container of Banana flavoured yoghurt
  • 1 x average sized banana peeled [+/- 60-70g]
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Blend together until smooth

Makes +/- 300ml smoothie

Vanilla Choc flavour

  • 125ml milk of your choice
  • 100g Choc chip yoghurt
  • 75g [fruit of your choice peeled and cut into chunks]
  • 4-5 ice cubes.

Blend together until smooth

Makes +/- 300ml smoothie

Supa Shake Strawberry Flavour

  • 125ml milk of your choice
  • 100g Strawberry flavored ice cream or 100g Strawberry yogurt
  • 5-6 large fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 x average sized banana, peeled [70g]
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Blend together until smooth

Makes +/- 300ml smoothie

Mocha Java flavour

  • 1 [5g] teaspoon coffee granules
  • 100ml milk of your choice
  • 200g Choc Chip Yogurt [2 x 100g containers]
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Blend together until smooth

Makes +/- 300ml smoothie

Supa Shake Phuzamandla Traditional Flavour.

  • 150g Double Cream Yoghurt – muesli and raisins flavour [Spar Brand]
  • 100ml Milk of your choice
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Blend together until smooth

Makes +/- 300ml smoothie.

Supa Shake Chocolate Flavour

  • 150ml milk of your choice
  • 100g Chocolate Ice Cream
  • 4-5 ice cubes.

Blend together

Makes +/- 300ml smoothie.
